Description

This is a simple, no fail technique for sourdough. Anyone can do it. We will master every step of making a sourdough loaf including maintaining a healthy starter, mixing the dough, folding, scoring and baking (and eating!). You will be provided with your own sourdough starter to take home. You will need a food scale at home.
