Ready to decorate your own cakes? We’ll learn how to use buttercream icing to crumb coat, cover, smooth sides, stack, tort, fill cakes, and more in this class.
Bring an unfrosted cake to class each week.

A bench scraper
a turn table
pastry bags
a large and small offset spatula
cake board and boxes
piping tips
drip bottle
8 in round cake (minimum 2 layers) per class
