Description

Learn a series of yoga poses and breathing techniques that can improve physical activity help you get through stressful life events. Improving strength, balance, and deep breathing can help calm your mind and promote healthy living. No prior yoga experience necessary. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and bring a mat and water.
