Feeling overwhelmed? Learn the practice of mindful meditation and discover stillness and joy in your everyday. This course provides exercises and lessons in breathing, mindful thought, and journaling to help you see your life more clearly, let go of things that hinder you, and find peace regardless of circumstance.
