Description
Gain strength and flexibility while releasing your creative inner self to the beat of contemporary music. This fun and exhilarating dance form is popular in dance videos, Vegas, and current dance shows. There will be stretching and warm up to get you ready to perform at your best.
Please wear comforatable clothing that is easy to move in. You will dance in your barefeet or socks.
