Description
This class covers the basics of learning to play the guitar: basic chords, fingerpicking, and strumming techniques. You will also learn the read chord charts and tablature. We will explore several songs as a class, and you will be encouraged to learn on song on your own outside of class. At the end of the six-week period, we will also have some performance opportunities.
Bring a basic guitar to class, not acoustic guitar or electric guitar.
