Karla Eagle was the owner/manager of La Paella Gourmet Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. She was a chef/instructor at the Gourmet International Food in Mexico City Mexico. Owner/manager Tortes Mexicana’s I and II in Mexico City Mexico. She has had extensive background in the cooking preparation of Mexican food for many years. The diplomas that she has received from different cooking schools are:
